The color of nature

First off, let me just try and express how fantastic of a shot this is ! The shear quality of the capture is what really draws me to this piece. Every detail and color in this shot was captured superbly. The main thing that fascinates me about this shot is the contrast between the orange glow of the sunset on the left and the bold dark clouds on the right. This division of light and dark is reflected throughout the entire piece, from the sky to the water and even on the rocks in the foreground and I absolutely love it ! The smoothness of the transition between the light and dark areas is fantastic and makes for an image I can view over and over again.
